There are 150 thousand very real people who have names, have families, who have homes and have serious existential security concerns. Why? Because the 70 years of Azerbaijani jurisdiction over Nagorno Karabakh has been a period of continuous systematic discrimination,” Minister Mnatsakanyan said.
Armenia's ex-President Robert Kocharyan to be jailed again
Robert Kocharyan is charged with overthrowing constitutional order in March 2008 following a disputed presidential election. At least ten people were killed in clashes between police and protesters on March 1, 2008.
