Armenia will host the prestigious Summit of Minds in June, the President’s Press Office reports.
This will mark the first time the summit is held outside Chamonix, France.
Dubbed “Armenian Summit of Minds” the event will take place in Yerevan and Dilijan on June 7-9.
The Monthly Barometer analytical newsletter will be the general partner of the summit.
An agreement on organizing the event in Armenia was reached in September 2018, when Armenian President Armen Sarkissian was invited to participate in the summit as keynote speaker.
Every year the Summit of Minds brings together 300 politicians, scholars, businessmen and investors, heads of largest companies and media outlets from around the world.
The event aims to inspire guests with tangible outcomes and see them walk away from the Summit of Minds with at least a new idea, a new friend and a new project.
The Armenian Summit of Minds will mainly focus on "Regional geopolitics, economy and investments: The impact of multipolarity on trade and investment flows.”
The summit is a unique opportunity for Armenia to present its potential, develop cooperation in new directions and establish business ties.
