Mane Tandilyan has announced she is stepping down as acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.
She will be running in the upcoming parliamentary elections with the Bright Armenia Party.
“The forthcoming elections are of exceptional importance to Armenia, as they will help shape a parliament reflecting the real choice of people,” Tandilyan said in a Facebook post (in Armenian).
She thanked the Prime Minister for trust, as well as her colleagues at the Government, and the Ministry staff for the interesting and effective work.
“I’m confident the Ministry will continue to work for the sake of the wellbeing and happiness of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia,” she added.
If elected, Mane Tandilyan pledges to continue her political activity as Member of Parliament and promises that citizens’ concerns will remain an important priority.
